Hi, I’m Muneeba Brooks!
I am the Founder and Principal of NeuroNest Consulting, where I support leaders navigating operational complexity that has outgrown existing systems.
My background spans hands-on operations, systems design, and leadership support across businesses at different stages of growth. That experience allows me to see where friction is being created, how responsibility is distributed, and where structure can be adjusted to better support the business as it operates today.
I am pragmatic, direct, and deeply systems-oriented. My work focuses on helping leaders regain operational clarity, reduce decision fatigue, and create conditions where the business can function with greater ease and stability.

Neo occasionally supervises from a nearby chair, appears uninvited on video calls, and takes rest very seriously. He does not run operations, but he does serve as a reminder that calmer systems tend to produce better outcomes.
